Dell Dollars Coupons are not consolidated. Therefore, you will receive a single coupon for every eligible Dell Dollar item on your order. For example, if you purchased a notebook with a 4-year limited warranty,² and purchased using your Dell Preferred Account¹, your order details may reflect the following:

465-1234 - $75 Dell Dollars Code. Dell Dollars will be sent automatically 4-6 weeks after your order ships
465-4321 - $50 Dell Dollars Code. Dell Dollars will be sent automatically 4-6 weeks after your order ships

In this case, you would receive two coupons, one for $75 off any item priced at or above $75.01 (before tax, fees, shipping and handling) and one for $50 off any item priced at or above $50.01 (before tax, fees, shipping & handling).

What happens to my Dell Dollar Coupon if I return my system within Dell’s 21-day return policy time period?
Any order returned within Dell’s 21-day Return Policy³ time period is ineligible for a Dell Dollars Coupon.

Concession Coupons are automatically sent to your email address approximately 24-48 hours or U.S. postal address approximately 10 days after the request was made by your Care representative. E-mail is the preferred method of coupon issuance.
